I have included in your Jan. 2015 pay an up-to-date account of your eligible vacation pay. Reminder holiday pay runs from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. Please begin to think of when you wish to take holidays. As per board policy:
1: I will try to fulfill your 1st request date(s) but if someone else has the same date(s)
as you and they have submitted them before you "first come...first served".
2: Or if the date(s) you request cannot be covered etc, I have the authority to decline
your request for that particular date. As you know we are on a tight budget with
limited staff.
Please note: The library will close during Christmas and New Year - Dec. 20, 2015 until Jan. 3rd, 2016.
Myself, Amanda, Jackie and Nora must take holidays besides the two weeks at Christmas, please see me regarding this. Thank you!
